The
applicant organisation UPT (Co), through project coordinator and staff
members (another 2 professors involved in the project), is in charge of the overall
project management and has also the responsibilities described in the 4.7
chapter. It monitors the development of the project to ensure the quality of
all activities involved (organisational and educational). The project
coordinator has a extended experience in projects management, national and
international, since the year 2000. The other two staff members have also an
extended experience in projects management and will complete the
administration staff (they have positions in the faculty as Vice-Dean and,
respectively, Head of Management Department and former Dean). UPT
will be in relationship with the authority, Romanian National Agency
(ANPCDEFP), for all necessary evaluations/reports to be made and other
activities, and also will be in contact (e-mails and web-conference) with all
partners during the whole year of the IP project and also after the effective
IP for project results dissemination and exploitation. A monitoring commission will be
set during the IP, formed by all 9 staff/teachers involved, which will
monitor and evaluate the development of IP on a daily basis and take
the appropriate decisions/activities to ensure the right/best progress oh the
IP. The IP team from UPT (3 teachers
and 5 students) will ensure the welcome and the logistics of each day and
participate to the general organisation of courses, transport, accommodation,
meals, company visits and field trips. Evaluation of the IP (from organisational
and educational point of view) will be made at certain moments during the IP by
each participant and by co-ordinating HEI (UPT). UPT will monitor the
activities before the effective IP, during the effective IP will collect the
evaluations from participants (also after the IP for after project
evaluations necessary) and realize the overall evaluation at the project
level. An auto
evaluation will be proposed to every participant. An
evaluation of educational activities will be made by each student. An
attestation of attendance will be given by UPT (host and coordinating HEI) to
every participant in the IP. A
validation of achievement gain from the IP will be done by awarding 6 ECTS
credits to every student after all evaluations proposed in the chapter 4.5
(Methodology) will be done (each participant will receive a diploma to
certify this). |
