The
applicant organisation UPT (Co) is in charge of the overall project
management. UPT it’s in charge of all contractual/financial arrangement
necessary during the project. It monitors the development of the project to
ensure the quality of all activities involved (organisational and
educational). UPT will be in relationship with the Romanian National Agency
(ANPCDEFP) for all necessary reports to be made and other activities, and
also will be in contact with all partners during the whole year of the IP
project and after. The
financial amount necessary for organisation activities will be distributed
for: -
output products: teaching tools and material multiplication (printed and on
CD for all participants), an IP handbook (copies for participants and for
dissemination to other interested parties in the project (industry
enterprises key personnel, key speakers in the project session, other
potential universities interested in the project in the future, Chambers of
Commerce and Industry etc.) to reach the project objectives), posters,
brochures; -
3 enterprise visits and 2 field trips and other social and cultural
activities; -
key speakers session organisation; -
administration materials (for welcome/award ceremony, daily activities at the
UPT site during the IP); -
press conference organisation for information dissemination and sharing
purpose; -
own contribution from all partners. |
