The
IP project brings together 9
professors: 3 from UPT (applicant organisation, Coordinator Co) and 1 from each 6 HEI partner
(P1 to P6), all involved in at least one teaching modules as titular in
charge of teaching material preparation and effective teaching and as
collaborators in other modules. Each teacher has an extended
academic/scientific experience and competence in human resource training in
IP topic (Logistics and Maintenance). The complementarities here are about
the multi and interdisciplinary teaching modules that each teacher is
involved in. The
specific tasks assigned to each
partner are: -
project management and monitor during the whole period of the project
(responsible: Co). -
each partner will realise a short information seminar for target students
regarding the IP project; -
each partner will constitute a commission (2 or 3 professors related to IP
specific domain) that will select the beneficiary students among candidates
who apply to the IP; the selected students will be informed and preliminary
prepare in the subjects that will be teaches in the IP; -
preparation of the teaching materials/tools for each teaching module and of
evaluation form (responsible: each teaching module titular) and preparation
of the IP at UPT (responsible: Co). II.
During the IP in June 2011: -
The Coordinator (Co) is responsible for the
organisation of the IP from the arrival (12.06) to the departure (25.06) of the participants, for Welcome Ceremony and Results & Awards
Ceremony, Final Evaluation, as titular for modules M03, M06 (first part), M10, M12, M13 and as collaborators for M01 & M11. -
Partner 1 (Bethune) is responsible for module M01, M02, M11 (collaboration); -
Partner 2 (Resita) is responsible for module M09, M11 (collaboration); -
Partner 3 (Baia Mare) is responsible for module M07, M02 (collaboration), M11 (collaboration); -
Partner 4 (Vilnius) is responsible for module M04, M08, M11 (collaboration); -
Partner 5 (Poznan) is responsible for module M06 (second part) , M11 (collaboration); -
Partner 6 (Košice) is responsible for module M05, M11 (collaboration); - responsible for evaluation of
student’s reports after the 3 company visits - Co; - responsible for teaching module
evaluation - each teaching module titular; -
evaluation of the project from all participants (students and teaching staff)
at the end of the IP. III.
After the effective IP: -
after project evaluation and final report of the IP project (responsible: Co); -
dissemination and exploitation of the results (Co
+ all partners). |
